Objectives: The session will provide an introduction to the statistics for the non-researcher. By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
•Define the principal/foundational concepts of statistics
•Interpret and describe statistics commonly reported in the medical literature
•Identify "red flags" in research reports that may be signs of trouble
