Nicolas Fernandez

Nicolas Fernandez is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Montreal. He is also senior Researcher in the Faculty’s Continuing Professional Development unit, where he studies the longitudinal development of relational competencies among health professionals. His work focuses in particular on how experiential learning contributes to competency development.
